Rooms are limited. The hotel allocates ICEEPSY a limited number of rooms at the conference rate, and places are confirmed in the order registrations are paid. The fee also rises after each deadline, so registering early secures both the lower rate and your room.
No PayPal account? Choose PayPal and then Debit or Credit Card: you can pay by card as a guest. If you cannot pay by card, choose bank transfer below and we send an invoice with the bank details.
Payment safety. ICEEPSY staff will never telephone you to ask for payment. Pay only on this page, or by bank transfer against an invoice sent from an @iceepsy.com address.
Residential packages include two nights, check in 15 September, check out 17 September 2027, all meals, refreshments and coffee breaks. Board members receive 10% off and groups of 10 or more may ask for a group rate: write to registration@iceepsy.com before paying. Invoices and UK bank transfer are available on request.
