From presentation to proceedings
ICEEPSY 2027 proceedings are published by Emanate. Full papers are due 16 August 2027, one month before the conference, and the proceedings appear about one month after the conference, in October 2027. The language of the conference and of the proceedings is English.
The proceedings
Full papers from ICEEPSY 2027 are published in Emanate, Educational Sessions Highlights (EESH), available online in PDF and EPUB. See the EESH proceedings series.
Publication standards
- Every full paper is peer reviewed by at least one member of the scientific committee with expertise in the topic, independently of the editors.
- Only papers accepted in review and presented in person at the conference are published.
- Each paper appears with all its authors and affiliations exactly as submitted; authorship changes need the written agreement of every author.
- The proceedings list the scientific committee, the review process, the conference dates and venue, and are published in English about one month after the conference, in October 2027.
- Similarity checks, COPE guidance on misconduct, and a clear policy on corrections and retractions apply to every paper.

Full paper guidelines
- Up to 8,000 words, including references.
- Written in English, following the template sent to accepted authors.
- Deadline: 16 August 2027, one month before the conference. Upload the file from your private author page.
- Only papers accepted and presented at the conference are published.
- Publication: Emanate, Educational Sessions Highlights (EESH), about one month after the conference, in October 2027.
- Publication is included in the author registration fee. There is no separate publication charge.
Peer review
Full papers receive a single blind review by at least one member of the scientific committee with expertise in the topic. Authors receive the comments and may be asked to revise. Papers that do not meet the standard are not published, whatever the registration status.
Originality and plagiarism
All full papers are checked with Crossref Similarity Check. We follow the guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) on plagiarism, duplicate publication, authorship disputes and corrections.
Generative AI
Authors may use generative AI tools to improve readability and language, provided they disclose it in the paper. AI tools cannot be listed as authors, and authors remain responsible for every claim and reference. Ordinary spelling, grammar and reference manager tools need no disclosure.
